We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mirrors for Training Ltd. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it to us in accordance with the policy below.

1. Returns Acceptance

We do accept returns on our products provided they are returned:

• In their original condition and packaging.

• Without any signs of damage, misuse, or alteration.

• Within 14 days of receipt of your order.

2. Return Location

All returns must be sent to our manufacturing facility:

3. Return Costs

If you wish to return an item that is not faulty, the cost of collection is the responsibility of the customer.

• Collection fees are £150 + VAT per order.

• This amount will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and inspected.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases:

• We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

• No collection fee will be charged.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

• Deductions (such as collection fees) will be clearly itemised in your refund confirmation.
